Our Story

Waved Hair Studio was founded by Liam Curran, a hairdresser with over 20 years of experience working across salon, fashion, editorial and celebrity clients.

Built from years of experience creating hair for global campaigns, fashion brands and some of the world’s most recognised publications, Liam created a space that brings together everything he values most about hair: individuality, craftsmanship and a truly personal experience.

Working within the fashion industry means Liam is constantly immersed in creativity, inspiration and new approaches to hair and beauty. His session work allows him to bring a fresh perspective to the studio, combining technical expertise with a strong understanding of movement, texture and individual style.

Waved is a private, appointment only studio where his creative experience meets a more considered approach to everyday hair. Every appointment is focused on creating hair that feels effortless, wearable and completely tailored to the individual.

Throughout his career, Liam has worked with leading brands including Chanel, Gucci, Dior and Prada, alongside editorial titles such as Vogue, ELLE and Harper’s Bazaar, and has collaborated with clients including Shakira, Sienna Miller, Alexa Chung, Cara Delevingne, Charli XCX and Alisha Boe.
